Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. One with a king bed and direct access to the shared bathroom, and another suited for families or small groups, featuring a king bed along with a twin bunk beds. A cozy loft with a futon offers additional sleeping space or a quiet place to unwind.
Each bedroom is outfitted with a TV, DVD player, and luxury bedding to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for every guest.

There are 2 full-size bathrooms and a half bath. The primary bedroom on the main floor has a private full-size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The half bath is conveniently located between the family room and kitchen. The second floor provides a third full-size bathroom also with a shower/tub combo.

Dave is a very responsive host and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions with directions. Setting is nice and quiet with a nice layout for a family like ours with ages from 5 to 65years old.
Beautiful house! Had a pool table which we were not expecting. Very open and spacious and close to the village and the SHARC. We definitely heard the train during the day and at night, but for us it wasn’t a big deal. The host was very responsive whenever I reached out.
We enjoyed our stay at Dave's place and it was especially nice that we could have our dog with us for the second half of the trip. The train was a little startling the first night but at least they don't use the horn so that was nice. The back deck was very relaxing and peaceful spot and we enjoyed the hot tub and SHARC passes! The king beds were nice and comfortable and we appreciated having the fans since there is no AC.
After planning a family reunion for over a year the first home we reserved had a major sewer failure. We had to quickly find a replacement house for 3 of the families. Dave took my SoS panic reservation and saved my family vacation by allowing us to reserve his beautiful home. He was extremely understanding and was so helpful in making this short notice reservation happen, saving the day. The house was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful backyard sitting area, patio furniture and BBQ grill. We will definitely be back.
We had a great stay at Dave’s place. You can’t beat the Sunriver community. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. My only suggestion is to confirm with owner the number of functioning bikes before your stay.
The home was beautiful and perfect for a family weekend away. The home was super spacious and relaxing. We loved the availability of the bikes and used the SHARC passes to enjoy a day in the water. The game selection was perfect, too! Hope to return soon!
Great house for us - 3 adults and 2 kids and a dog. The place was spacious, the beds were comfy, and access the SHARC was great! We had a great time.
My family and I spent Christmas week in Dave's house giving and getting gifts, playing games, soaking in the hot tub, taking long walks in the snow and shopping in Bend and in Sunriver. It was everything we had hoped for! We were even able to bring the family dog Boaz! Dave is a great host, and I highly recommend Dave's place for your family!
